Simply book the modem (email@example.com) on your calendar, then call the CELS Service Desk (x-6813) prior to the appointment time to pick it up. If you need it for an extended period, be sure to book it for the entire time it will be unavailable to others. Make sure you specify availability as “busy” or else others will see it as available.
NOTE: This is only for domestic travel and will not work internationally. If you need an international modem, please contact the BIS Service Desk to reserve one.
