The Systems Group provides Help Desk services for supported divisions. These services include:
- Password assistance for CELS users, including password resets.
- Provisioning access to resources such as the Argonne VPN.
- Maintaining a limited pool of loaner equipment including laptops, projectors, printers, wireless modems.
- Deploying desktops and laptops.
- Collecting and Preparing equipment for Excess.

Some desktop support issues are handled remotely, while others are handled by in-person visits to the desk where required.
